לפני ארבעים ושבע שנים נכנס ניק דרייק לאולפן ההקלטות בפעם האחרונה בחייו ובמרוצת שני לילות רצופים בשלהי אוקטובר 71' הקליט את אלבומו השלישי והאחרון "פינק מון" - מתנת הפרידה שלו לעולם שהיה קשה ועצוב מכדי להכיל נפש עדינה כשלו.

ניק דרייק נחשב בעיני רבים לאחד האומנים הגדולים בתולדות המוזיקה של המאה ה-20. ב"פינק מון" הביא לידי שלמות את סגנונו החד-פעמי בהלחנה ושירה ואת סגנון הנגינה הכה ייחודי לו בגיטרה האקוסטית.

כאות הוקרה לדרייק המנוח ינגן הגיטריסט והזמר אור איזקסון (Prophecy Playground) את אלבום המופת מתחילתו ועד סופו. אחרי הופעות בתפוסה מלאה באוזןבר בתל אביב ובקפה טיפול בחיפה, ורגע לפני שמופע המחווה נוסע ללונדון, חוזרים לסיבוב נוסף באוזן!

It was forty seven years back, in late October of 71' when legendary singer-songwriter Nick Drake made his final recording session for Island records. It took him just two nights to wrap it up. The result was "Pink Moon", Drakes' farewell gift to a world that was just too sad & harsh to contain a gentle soul such as himself. Pink Moon is regarded by many as one of the best albums of all time, for it is where Drake brings to perfection his unique style of composition and singing and his truly remarkable technique on the acoustic guitar.

In honor of the late composer, singer songwriter Or Izekson AKA Prophecy Playground will hold a special tribute concert dedicate solely to Drakes masterpiece.
